If your product is damaged or defective in any way, please return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
Media items (DVDs, DOWNLOADS etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded. If there’s an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you.
It’s important to us that you have a great experience here at ApproachChina Magic and the products you receive are exactly what you expected. If you feel that your product is not what you expected or aren’t 100% happy with it, reach out and let us help! Drop us an email. We will figure out a way to make things right.
Long term, it’s much better for ApproachChina Magic if you let us know when there’s a problem. So, please, don’t be shy. Let us know so we can earn your good feelings and continued business.
To return an item, please send an email to support@approachchina.com and we will help you return your item.
General Returns
1. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer support first.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
Returning for Replacement and Refund
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 45 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund. Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
Canceled Orders (Before Shipment)
For all products items:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund
( * Orders cannot be cancelled over 24 hours of payment confirmation.)
Personalized products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
